Employment Services Coordinator

This role combines direct client support with coordination and leadership responsibilities. 

What You’ll Do
  • Support individuals in reaching employment goals
  • Collaborate with businesses, families, and team members
  • Provide job coaching and skill development
  • Help identify strengths and match individuals with the right opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and service coordination
  • Support team communication and overall service delivery

Qualifications
  • 18+
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
  • Dependable and team-oriented

Direct Support Professional (Full-Time and Part-Time)

What You’ll Do
  • Support individuals in employment and community settings
  • Provide job coaching, encouragement, and skill development
  • Help individuals build independence and confidence
  • Work with local businesses and community partners
  • Complete basic documentation and communicate with team members

  • 18+
  • High school diploma or GED required
